What is Mental Health?

Mental health includes emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices. It is important in every phase of life from childhood until adulthood. 

Reasons for Mental Illness?

Before I write what can be the possible reasons for mental illness I want to tell you what can be the signs of mental illness. 
  • Eating or sleeping too much or too little
  • Pulling away from people and usual activities
  • Having low or no energy
  • Feeling numb or like nothing matters
  • Having unexplained aches and pains
  • Feeling helpless or hopeless
  • Smoking, drinking or using drugs more than usual
  • Feeling unusually confused, forgetful, on edge, angry, upset, worried, or scared
  • Yelling or fighting with family and friends
  • Experiencing severe mood swings that cause problems in relationships
  • Having persistent thoughts and memories you can't get out of your head
  • Hearing voices or believing things that are not true
  • Thinking of harming yourself or others
  • Inability to perform daily tasks like taking care of your kids or getting to work or school

a lot of people these days are a victim of Mental illness you will be thinking why???
its is because of many reasons
  • we don't talk to each other.
  • we don't have time to discuss our problems with our parents or partners vice versa.
  • we can social but we only on social media.
  • we thinking but we don't share or express or thoughts fearing people will judge.
  • we fear what is not in our hands.
  • we don't live in the present but worry about the future. If your present is good trust me your future will be best.
  • negativity
there are many reasons some I mentioned.
don't worry you are in good hands I'll discuss some ways which will help you recover.

How can I recover if I am suffering?

The solution is easy 

  • you feel depressed when you are alone so whenever you start feeling depressed go and sit or have a fun discussion with someone.
  • you can watch your favourite movie but the movie should be some action or comedy one.
  • you can have some time with your parents tell them what you feel or what you are going through.
  • Spend time with whom you love.
  • Try every possible way to be with someone sitting alone will never help but it will make the depression worse. 
these are some ways I try to overcome my depression trust me it helps.

                                                             
Now, who can be your counsellor?

You will be thinking of a Psychologist ... yes, they can help. By having counselling sessions with them but it makes you lose some cash. Don,t worry I have some other counsellors for you free.

Yes free how can it be free? is the person a counsellor or not? will he or she counsel me? who can be a counsellor other than Psychologist?

these questions will be running in your mind wait listen 
A counsellor can be anyone as I mentioned before in the solution 
  • your parents 
  • you wife  
  • your friends 
  • brothers and sisters 
anyone who you love and feel happy with can help you with your mental health.
                                                      

Trust me there is a solution for everything, you will get everything INSHALLAH but things take time.
Be patient and try to be happy with what you have you will never suffer for any illness.

Negativity Got Views

"Negativity is cannibalistic. The more you feed it, the bigger and strong it grows" Have you ever shared something negative or hateful?                                                most of us have intentional or unintentional. As a social media user, I observed that whenever news, video or post full of hate, negativity, nudity is shared it became viral most of the times and the good news shared takes time to get top views.  Why is this ??? I ask this question myself and want you guys to think of it too.  This is human psychology that negative or bad things attract. we share the negative news because we think that it might get corrected our sharing can help eliminate bad content.                                          But it does not mean that we blaming human psychology can do anything.
